Hey! Welcome to Mz. Chokolate's Factory where we offer you a variety of services. Before booking there are a few things you need to know.

1. In order to secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit is required. Which will go towards your service and the remaining balance is paid in cash. 

2. No same-day booking or rescheduling. If you need to reschedule please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment.

3. Late fee is $15 when you are 15 minutes late. Any later your appointment will be canceled.

4. Your hair must be at least 4 inches all around. If not please contact us before booking as well as if your hair is past your collarbone. Additional fees may apply for shorter/longer hair lengths.

5. Many services include hair if not please contact about the hair you should bring.

6. No extra guest 

7. Time is estimated so please book in advance.

8. When servicing children please be sure the child can act accordingly, if not this can result in appointment cancellation
